Verde Valley Hauling Payment Policy

Payment is due immediately upon job completion. Unless otherwise stated in your signed contract. Accepted payment methods are; zelle, cash, check (in-person w/ id). Card swipe (debit/credit), paypal, or credit/debit card payment link via text/email has a 3.7% fee added onto the total.

Job Scheduling & Equipment

If your job has equipment and/or some materials or is large enough to require a deposit, the quoted price is valid at the time and schedule of that estimate. Jobs are only scheduled upon e-signature completion and initial deposit paid in full. BOTH steps must be completed prior to any scheduling or purchases/reserved equipment. A verbal/email/text "I accept" does NOT constitute an agreement between Verde Valley Hauling and the Client. In the event you need additional time or have other scheduling requirements and choose to move forward at a later date, the original quote will not be valid regardless of the number of days. Those prices, specifically equipment, can only be secured if purchased at the time of the estimate; these are third-party services, which we have no control over.

Hourly Labor Policy

Laborers by the hour have a minimum of 4 hours for 2+ and 6 hours for a single laborer. A 4/6-hour minimum payment is due upon booking. Less than 4 hours will have an additional $99-$149 service charge added to the total and is due upon booking. Scheduled time slots are for the scheduled time only! NO EXCEPTION. Overage will incur additional hours, which will be due immediately.


Check by Mail

Mail Check Payment - For your convenience, we accept checks by mail under the following conditions. Check payment will need to be pre-mailed with your payment so it will arrive on or before the date of your job. Otherwise, please use any of our other easy, convenient payment methods. Failure to comply will result in your job being cancelled or delayed.


Monthly Landscaping Policy

Monthly landscaping service is a consecutive month-to-month service. Voluntarily 'skipping' a month(s) will result in the service contract being closed. A new service contract will need to be completed in order to re-establish service. Effective 01/01/2024, all new monthly customers will have to enroll in our PayPal auto-pay prior to the first service date with a 3.7% fee added onto the total. (PayPal account optional)


Verde Valley Hauling Privacy Policy

VVH will never sell or share your personal information. The information we collect is used for the sole purpose of conducting business. We may use your information to contact you with promotions or deals from VVH for VVH services. Images may be used in our promotional materials or other media outlets at our discretion unless specifically requested by the client prior to the job start date.

These policies are current and enforced and can be altered or changed at any time by Verde Valley Hauling.
